Swiftly Handl’d LLC – Terms of Service

By submitting a delivery request, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Swiftly Handl’d LLC.

1. Service Overview
Swiftly Handl’d provides same-day, scheduled, and time-sensitive courier services for businesses and individuals. All delivery requests are subject to review, availability, and confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation
All delivery requests submitted through our website are considered requests only and are not confirmed until reviewed and accepted by Swiftly Handl’d.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any request based on availability, service area, or delivery requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is determined based on distance, delivery type, urgency, and any special handling requirements.
Payment terms will be confirmed prior to dispatch. Services may require prepayment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Delivery Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate pickup and drop-off information

  • Correct contact details

  • Any special instructions or handling requirements

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Time-Sensitive & Medical Deliveries
For pharmacy, medical, or time-sensitive deliveries:

  • All requirements must be clearly disclosed at the time of booking

  • Swiftly Handl’d is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Temperature control or special handling must be requested in advance

6. Proof of Delivery (POD)
Proof of delivery may include:

  • Signature confirmation

  • Photo confirmation

  • Timestamp verification

POD will be provided upon request or as required by the client.

7. Wait Time & Delays
A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be included.
Additional wait time may result in added charges.
Swiftly Handl’d is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Facility delays at pickup or drop-off

8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made prior to dispatch.
Once a driver has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.

9. Liability
Swiftly Handl’d handles all deliveries with care and professionalism.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Improper packaging by the client

  • Undisclosed fragile or hazardous contents

  • Delays outside of our control

10. Prohibited Items
Clients may not request delivery of:

  • Illegal items

  • Hazardous materials (unless pre-approved)

  • Items requiring special licensing without prior agreement

11. Independent Contractor Model
Swiftly Handl’d operates using qualified independent contractor drivers to fulfill delivery services.

12. Agreement
By submitting a request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
